Angel,
Are you sure that it is not using already compressed files? We try
to just copy files we've already processed. Try again starting from
scratch with a new file and let me know. It looks like it works for me.
Another question. How are you specifying accented characters. They
don't all show up correctly on the translated web pages for me. I
suspect it is a text encoding issue. Do we need to change that in
the translated templates as well?
