I don't like to refer people to online-only retailers. While those of us who sit on kplug-list can handle that, most people do not have that amount of resourcefulness.
Tracy did mention PCClub. They seem to be my only real choice for a retail outlet that sells white box laptops. I just have never had any real experience with them.
