BTW, I forgot to mention I originally had a 1 year parts and labor on my laptop. I've also had it upgraded twice by the same folks since I bought it (once memory and CPU, once memory). I upgraded the HDD myself about a year-and-a-half ago (from 20GB to 100GB).
