Reddy,
Can you tell me you that losing some PITA patients would not make you
happy? How many of those Disney trotting new Patients is your wife looking
forward to getting? Maybe it is just me? But I don't think I can please ALL
of the people ALL of the time? I have had a dozen+ clients in the last 22
yrs. that I have outright told to hit the Road & call someone else! I must
really be stupid. I have dumped clients that were PROFITABLE but poor payers
too. I got tired of putting up with the PITAs & I don't look for new ones.
But god bless America! There are plenty of companies out there who will put
up with them or offer substandard & above standard services and/or take the
quick buck. God bless America & God bless Competition. My bids shine & show
the extra mile I go for all my clients, If they don't want to pay for the
extra effort I give then I don't want to give that customer average sales &
service. I am not stupid enough to refuse business if I was slow. But my
practices & above average ethics keep us expanding & pretty busy. I pray the
economy or whatever doesn't cause me to start offering average services but
I have learned to adapt. I owned a TV repair shop in the late 70s and was
smart enough to adapt to telecom very nicely. I am not on the Certified/not
certified or the buy it over the internet or from Graybar or ADI.. I have
taken clients from all directions. I am a proponent of offering my clients
the best that I can. If they don't want the extra effort that is thiers & MY
decision, either one of us can walk away! Ain't America Great. God bless
competition.........Jim
