Sorry Duck, But your pond doesn't hold water. I don't care about where anybody bought thier cars, lemonade, ksu's or thier last dose of exlax. When I design & install a phone system it is installed, labeled, administrated & programmed to what I feel is the best possible installation I can do. If your car showes up at my shop & I have to spend an hr. or two to figure out why the trunk is taped to the front bumper & explain why it should not be there to the driver that is used to it & I explain why you should acctually have the trunk maybe somewhere in the back, then that takes me more time to correct an inproperly installed trunk & I need to spend a lot more time to service that car then the car that was installed by a dealer properly. I have to charge more to service that car. When I install phone equipment, It has a head start to be the most productive telecom equipment that doesn't need to have the trunk relocated or explained to the sub that it should not have been there in the first place. There is no comparison to servicing a motor vehicle to a phone system. If you change my oil? Do you give a "S" if my car doesn't starts 6am Sun morning? & I call you out of bed & say "you changed my oil & now my car won't start"? whould you give a Shit. Sorry but all the comparisons I have seen on this making lemonade thread are bullshit. It still defaults to the fact that the installation & sale should have been done properly in the first place. The person buying/selling should have done the RIGHT thing in the first place. If the buyer/seller has to find someone to install it or service it he is NOT getting the best job done which is the ONLY way I will do any install...............JIM
