Dear Friends,

I think Age is creeping up on me :-) , I now find that I need to do some
specific exercises for neck and shoulders every so often during lace making.
I have been doing the neck roll and circular shoulder motions, but I wonder
if there are some more effective ones I could do ?

While I don't have any trouble with neck or shoulders, it is my legs I have to worry about. I reckon I might be the only person I know of who has a lace (work) related injury :) You see, one day I sat for more than 12 hours making lace and didn't even realize that the side of my right knee was resting against the coffee table. Now I find I have killed off the peripheral nerve there and the surface is numb. That was over a year ago and it hasn't changed. It's no big deal, but I'm am always careful never to rest my legs against anything.
Love
David in Ballarat

Best wishes
Sulochona
