I have a similar problem with my toes. I have to watch that I don't sit with my feet tucked in strange positions, especially with the toes bent and pressed into the floor. It's really important to get up and walk a bit.

Also, it's a good thing (one I often forget) to gaze into the distance periodically. And I remember a Beds class I took once where some of us practiced T'ai Chi during the brake. *That* was wonderful!

Another thing that doesn't help me much, but my friends love, is to give your friend a quick shoulder massage when you are looking over their shoulder at their work. Boy, is that appreciated! (You have to be careful who you do this to, thought, as some people don't like to be touched.)
