Hard to disagree with Papa Smurf on this one....who watched the Alan Sugar documentary the other week on Football finances? The players (and silly chairmen acquiescing) are sucking the clubs dry and it is simply not realistic and if it were any other business etc they'd be closed down as soon as. It has to stop.
The "beauty" ahem, of being outside the Prem is that players come and go and a decent manager can fashion a competitive - it not championship winning - team i.e. life goes on, and it will certainly go on without Kilkenny & Johnson. There is that nagging doubt about Grayson's transfer success rate though, fees involved or free transfers... -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of [email protected] Sent: jueves, 09 de junio de 2011 20:51 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [LU] Johnson, Kilkenny and the "market rate" _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman-new.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] MARCHING ON TOGETHER (There's it)
