And you'd better not get your hopes up too far if it turns out that Festa (or anyone else Cellino forces on us) is some Championship-level Johann Cruyff, because if Cellino treats Leeds United like he treats Cagliari, he'll have fired that that Cruyff figure in about eight months. McDermott's been undermined for the past month or so. Before that he was doing well with a team of Michael Browns and Danny Pughs that Neil Warnock had left him.
