It's not my job to know or identify this "modern" manager. All I know is that
our football is poor. It looks poor, doesn't entertain and doesn't get results.
I fail to see any progress in our players skills or team performances under
McDermott. My belief is that a competent manager instills his tactics on to the
team regardless of personal. After all they do practice for many hours a week
and both McDermott and his staff have coaches licenses. Are they not coaching
the players? Isn't it their job to develop the players, to improve their
abilities? To develop the team? If they have such little impact on the end
product then what are they being paid to do that I couldn't do?
Cheers
