According to the bug report the error first occurred in Legacy 7.0.0.110, a Beta build issued to the testers, on 25 Sep 2009. The problem report was entered in out tracking system on 30 Sep 2009.
For users on this list the first appearance would have been with the issue of Legacy 7.4 on 29 Jan 2010.
