Subfolders work well for me too because I have documents, databases, and other info in those folders. Photos of graves, death certificates, scan of obituaries can all go in one folder. Wedding and anniversary photos, marriage documents, and newspaper scans of engagements, weddings, and anniversaries can all go in the marriage folder. It makes it easier to locate for me.
