I've been updating Family Search with information I know to be correct. The main problem I have with it is you have to enter the source information manually. It would be nice if it would just take my sources instead so I don't have to do the extra work looking them up.
I downloaded some of FS information to use as leads because I didn't already have the information. I've always been a little suspicious of FS data because, as Ron mentioned, it is user submitted and I always find a lot of wrong information submitted for my family especially since I personally knew my great aunts and uncles born in the late 1800's. I usually find them attached to the wrong families especially at a certain other popular family tree website I won't mention.
