I think you are overestimating the terminology. Anyway, since when the libertarian means the same as barbaric and lawless? Is it to be an anarchy? Even if you reject all laws, you will have to exact justice when judging people's behavior. You will need laws for your judging standard, unless everything goes and murder is considered a freedom to remove an obstacle. Anna

Whether or not a fetus COULD survive outside the womb is completely irrelevant. All that matters is what the host person wants to do, and no other opinion matters. --- In [email protected], "Anna" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > < The issue is tough, > unique, marginal, and endlessly contentious - but that is > precisely why to leave legislation and enforcement out of it and > leave the burden on the shoulders of the mother.. > > If you do that, mothers will be killing their one week premature babies claiming that they still are parasites. Yet today, the youngest baby every born to survive was born at 4.5 month of pregnancy as opposed to the normal 9 month. Saying that this is none of my business would only support such crimes. At the same time, I am pro abortion up to the 3rd month of pregnancy. > Anna > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: mark robert > To: [email protected] > Sent: Tuesday, November 22, 2005 8:37 PM > Subject: RE: objective vs subjective Re: [Libertarian] Re: Socialism/Capitalism of the Author > > > Does a tumor have rights equal to its host?
