Ok I did the caps on purposed I was pissed for you saying I wanted 
those good  people to go hungry for that you owe me an apolgy and it 
appears I may owe you one if all you are doing is calling for the 
government to live up to its contract. If that is all you are wanting 
abnd not wanting to tap every taxpayer or lay a guilt trip on them I 
clearly owe you an 
apology.                                                  
       If any of the others say the government should not live up to 
their contract then they are wrong although they would be right to 
say government programs are a piss poor way to pay a 
debt.                  
   You hear it from several of the big wigs elitest in the Slavery 
repreations movements calling for more nd more government programs 
instead of giving the victims heirs the money directly, of course the 
elitest want programs they are  elitest snots who look down on their 
people and  several are looking to line their own pockets not help
