Please define "stupid behavior." Don't give examples - give an exact defintion. Since the law must be objective, just exactly how do we go about eliminating "stupid behavior"? If you cannot give us a way to objectively measure "stupid behavior" then I have to believe that your view is entirely subjective and therefore if the majority believe something to be stupid behavior then it is. That applies to motorcycles and drugs, as well as say, alcohol, or gambling, or eating large portions at dinner.
