Since you are talking in hypotheticals, in my libertarian world, there would be no "National Guardsmen" and the "US" would have no "troops" to send. I suppose the families of anyone kidnapped by "cross-border" (something else that wouldn't exist) could hire "bounty-hunters" or militias to retrieve the kidnapees - or try to work out some other solution. ------------------------ Yahoo!
