Yes, everyone is scared of anarchy and chaos - but all I can see is the
chaos due to many small projects with mini-communities that are not able
to communicate with each other. And I keep hearing how bad is SourceForge
- where exactly the same model is used ( many small worlds focused on
their big projects ).

How many commiters are listed in new-httpd commit file ? Do they have
chaos ?
