I'd be interested in this too.

I have a USB2.0 card which I run a Sony DVD/CDRW drive through. The idea
is for playing DVD movies on my 110CT (i've got a Margi card too) and
i'd like to know if there's anything I could do to improve performance .
. . It seems to work fast enough, but i've not yet had chance to do a
performance test.
