Yes - you are correct - there are 8 sound channels - I was focused on that fact that you can't see the 'other 6'. I just picked 7, presuming that you wouldn't be using it. The first one that most people choose (after 1 & 2) is either 3 or 8, so I figured 7 wasn't being used.
