Are you Cantonese? Your surname doesn't indicate so...
"Nei mui chee seen. Lei hou jing siong!"
You once recommended Lingo in a Nutshell by Bruce Epstein to me. Admittedly
a good book, though it covers only up to Director 6.5.
I do not speak for others, but in the Orient, where I live, Director &
Lingo books are few and far between. I'm therefore very grateful that
there's Lingo -l, where users are provided with snippets of code,
explanations and a chance to seek advice from real 'live' Director Gurus
half way across the world to help us with our work. Certainly, much, much
better than any Director book!
