Hi Rajesh

I thik that's the convention in south which differ quiet from almost rest of the
country. 

One of my friend got in real trouble in keraLa when he pronounced 'Dandhapani'
in hindee as 'dhandaapaanee'.. :-))

(I hope I got both spellings correct..:-))
