I want to put together a Linux PC. Before I can do that I have a lot to
learn. I read the Linux Quake article in the Jan. Linux Journal and I
have a question. Why would OpenGL Quake require a Voodoo or Voodoo2 card
and not another card that runs OpenGL like a TNT card? I thought they
were different API's and 3dfx cards required only for Glide.
Thanks,
AL
