There are some other considerations you need to make that I haven't
heard talked about...
Do you have complete QOS thru the network? Can we be sure nothings
going to flood the switches? Do you have enough switch capacity?
What about voice mail/IVR requirements?
Do you actually need phones on every desk? how many of your staff are
using headsets already and could use softphone with a blue tooth head set?
How many users could be using a USB handset plugged into their PC and
not need a separate terminal?
How many staff could benefit from a switch to PDA solutions?
What about integrated mobile/sip phones?
