Anyway, you took your own decision about translating your CV into a
foreign language that you can't use, so don't ask others about that...
or try to change their opinion.
IMHO, my CV in German is definitively useless, since I can't deal in
German. If I want to apply for a position in Munich, I will send it in
English for sure, based on the fact that if they accept
Englih-speaking international staff, they can't require me any German
writing abilities.
