Recruiter are like who sell homes, some are very good others are not.
I always tough that even the worst sellers are able to do good things.
The first good thing could do is letting the product well known.

Yes, but they (and I) develop software because we like do that. We do
not go in the office at that time and do that things because a firm
need to sell a product. Depend on what are you focus on. If you would
find a job it is necessary:
a) find a place in which you like stay (which for me means works with
the free software and linux).
b) find a place in which you get enough to live without going around
to ask money (mom, bank, etc.).
c) find a place in which you would expect to live for a long period of time.

No, I think the debate would be sterile because somebody think the
money are the most important thing, somebody think the freedom is the
most important thing, and somebody else think it depends... For me it
depends... If I have enough money to live and buy a pc with a internet
connection then free software is nothing. For those who does not
depends... the debate is sterile.
We can talk about what depends but who believe in a faith will not
give any real-word contribute to the debate because no any faith could
be debated but only accepted or refused.
