Of course they will !
Don't send a French resume if you can't speak ! Someone asked me for
his CV translation in English someday ... I refused ! If you are not
able to deal with the language, what is your need of a French CV ?
People who need French resume will require a good Fr knowledge for
professionnal purpose. People who accept En CV will be OK for you.
Don't waste your time ;)
