:-) , :-). Just jokin dude....
What i xactly mean when i say "taking advice from novices", is
extending the functionality of the OS on ny front which may make the
customer happy, make the OS much more easy to use & drive overall
sales higher. Not the geeko kinda questions which i ask u'all & we
ask each other.

Yeh thats right, very recently i had a prob with the alsa
package from SuSE on 6.3 . I tried all i could & when nothing seemed
to work i got in touch with the developers at SuSE who built the rpm
package for alsa.
The response was amazingly quick & i even got the
solution to the prob & now my soundcard seems to spurt out some
amazingly fundu tunes even better than what windoZe could do. I guess
mailing the distro support wouldn't have helped thats the reason i
chose to mail the developer directly at SuSE.
