Well IIRC the basic frame from the RX-78-2 Ver Ka was subsequently used for
a couple non Ver Ka GM kits.
Perhaps it's treated as a Katoki original design. You know, like V
and V2 Gundams are just V and V2 not V Ver Ka and V2 Ver Ka.
