I'm sure that there are plenty of other Eva fans here lurking in the background.  It's just that there is a very recognized truth (by everyone but the most fanatical) that some of the Eva fandom (and anti-Eva fandom) tend to froth at the mouth a little too often.

Damm, I must be the token Eva fan actually alive around here. The way I see
the show, it's just a different kettle of fish from "Gundam", but definitely
NOT something I'll go into around here! :-O
