If you were referring to .per.to, I would
agree with you. Iperdome simply registered
.per with .to, and we can use like any other
SLD registrant.
.per.nu, however, is different.
We have been delegated the SLD the same
way that .com.au, or atlanta.ga.us, have
been delegated. There was no charge for
this delegation, simply an agreement to
adhere to RFC-1591.
