the cat sent a drafgt and her comments are evidenced by the A's and Z's... Rosalie.. all cities change.. especially in 20 yrs... Baltimore is the first city I Have ever lived in that I don't have a lot of positive to say about.. first..
The American Flag museum is nice..but the flag itself is located at the American History Museum for the Smithsonian. Annapolis is central to the area and has mooring balls. Rent a car and visit Baltimore if you must.. just do NOT leave anything in the car in sight.. same with DC... DC has cleaned itself up a lot in the past 10 yrs.. it is #21 on the most dangerous cities list.. Baltmore is #12 in that same list... we still are, however #3 on murders.. I guess we shall have to agree to disagree with regards to Baltimore... I will say this however, if you don't live here right now.. and haven't in awhile..then its a whole new world here.. it has changed in the past four yrs that i have been here..and not for the better..
