The eq tab would be first in line of the effects if it is enabled. I know this is not technical correct: The eq is like a basic sound manipulating effect, it tweaks sound, unlike for example reverb and delay which adds sound. Eq is very common to use and very easy to use for new users, that is why it could be implemented as a tab. As an always present effect, strongly against. Also I was picturing it like a native LMMS part, not sure if there is any difference in copying the LADSPA code or making the code for LMMS, but maybe it will be better performance?
