What can be done during a cycle is date-dependent as some windows of opportunity can close. As Elizabeth has noted, some things are date-independent. It does appear that these dates have not raised any objection yet.
To reduce decisional fatigue and increase the uptake of Global Jam as an event in our communities, would it be possible for Canonical Community Team to work with LoCo Council to have a set of starter scenarios done at least one month prior to the weekend? While the wiki has an evergreen list of ideas, fleshing things out a bit further for at least two to three cases would help some of the newer points of contact have a firmer starting point. We do have some points of contact who have been leading communities for 3 months or less now who have not had transitions from prior leadership. Nebraska and Oregon come to mind as two of such cases. If we need to shift the weekend, I would still like LoCo Council and CCT to produce such a set of starter scenarios at least 3-4 weeks in advance if we can.
