I agree too, but not for the year of certification, but for the year
of the latest JTA.

It wouldn't require any exams to be rewritten.  Just a 'resume' of
professional activity (ongoing learning, work experience, mentoring,
community involvement, ...) and a processing fee.

How can one prove working experience to an XYZ company in a far away
part of the world?
