That works. We have been versioning the objetives. We're currently at 1.1
for LPIC-1/2. After redoing the JTA, the objectives will be version 2.0.

That's where the local affiliates come in. The local affiliate would confirm
the existence of the company, make some phones calls, etc...
IMO, the problem isn't about confirming the works of someone. The real
problem is assigning the correct weights for different activities. Most managers
I know never coded C for machines running UNIX, even when they managed
projects written in C for UNIX. So, how many points should be given to anyone
in this position?
One hour of network user management taks is the equivalent of how many hours
of hardcore sendmail debugging?
I don't want to pollute this discussion with my personal beliefs, but
I just can't see
a simple solution for this problem except by taking an exam and answering some
questions.
