I think Jean-Marc is right ;), if we introduce this we want it right
straight away and as this is document specific it's related to the
document and not to the locale. We have so many hacks in the source
code that IMO if we introduce new stuff now we should do the right
thing from the beginning. I for myself have to write documents in
italian, german and english. I always use a english locale (as I find
it a cleaner interface) and then select the apropriate document language,
to write my text. IMO it's not too hard to introduce this so that it
works good right from the beginning.
