My only other comment is we can thank our city fathers for the current
predicament. Way back when, if they had said “no we will not give a single
cable company a monopoly” and instead let more companies in things might be
different. Then we can also thank the powers that be for allowing the mergers
of the top companies so that there are only a few around the country. I believe
he we had more choices prices would be much less.

BTW, when I was in Spain 3 or 4 years ago, one could get internet, cable, cell
service and land line for about 25 euros a month (less than $50 a month). They
also had several daily newspapers, including a daily sports paper.

RANT

And, I had some problems with my blood pressure, I fainted and and dislocated
my finger. An ambulance ride to a clinic, several nurses, a pain shot, an xray,
and a doctor who sent me to another clinic with a specialist a taxi ride,
another xray, more nurses, two doctors, a cast to immobolize my finger, and two
prescriptions. All for a little less than $500.

Two finish the rant, when I returned home I submitted a request for out of area
reimbursement. Long story short, my insurance company errred and paid me twice
for my out of pocket expenses. We tried to give the 2nd check back but they had
no method for us to do that.

End of Rant.
