A scenario, by definition, gives particulars of the action in the order in
which it takes place, with a description of the scenes. One scene should
follow logically from another and the story should be complete.
I think requiring completeness in an incomplete world is perhaps being a
little bit positivistic. Surely a reasonably complete scenario together
with a hypothesis that can be tested (and preferably which may be
demonstrated false by the same class of evidence, not just correlated) is
perfectly OK science circa 2009?
