I would argue that Louis operated the list at a low level of "terrorism" with people walking on egg shells not to piss him off. I'm GLAD we moved away from that. The only one really be moderated, (but not banned at all) is Abraham from the Jewish Peoples Liberation Organization. He flooded us with 16 or so comments all of which which were links to other sites and none of them responses to anything posted on Marxmail. If you notice I've put up about 1 of his messages a day from the "pending" folder the moderators use. He has about 3 left.
