Note: I started writing my previous comment earlier today and submitted it
without seeing Jonathan's reply. In all honesty, I wasn't particularly
concerned about Jonathan (highly technical) for this issue, as I hadn't been
considering him as our *primary* user. (I know there are lots of other problems
he has with the Admin UI.) The fact that the term "workflow" doesn't even work
for him is relevant to how we solve this issue.
