I appreciate your directness, Hank.
Assuming that you feel this way about the person who is the day-to-day program
administrator (and not the systems administrator, operations team, or
configurer), and your view is shared by a majority of others in the Matterhorn
community, we need to explicitly state this as a prerequisite to using
Matterhorn. We cannot assume that person with this level of understanding is
the one hired or assigned to do day-to-day program administration of every
potential adopting institution's webcast program.
(Josh had us add a warning to past release notes: "Matterhorn is not desktop
software. It is enterprise software that requires moderate system
administration skills to install, configure, and maintain." Should we add a
similar warning about what is required to administer it on a daily basis?)
