This solution would be overkill for simple matter of requiring people to add their affiliation to their signatures.
I'm not sure the requirement is entirely unproblematic though - would we need to add "these opinions are my own, not of Nokia/Intel/Whatever" disclaimers? How about discussions you participate is "community" capacity, i.e. without any collaboration w/ relevant nokia/intel teams?
