What's a Peltier device?
I dunno... If cold fuel became an issue on my car and the best solution
would be to chill the fuel then I'd buy a 12v mini fridge from k-mart for
$150 and pull it to bits.. No worrys! :)
What's the freezing temperature of fuel?
How cold is too cold?
