A peltier is used mostly in electronics applications and most good
electronics shops stock them. It's effectively a heat pump shaped like a
plate, you feed it some current and one side gets cold and the other side
gets warm (thats where the cooling fan comes in) the only thing is that I
believe if you allow the hot side to get too hot it cooks itself. I guess
you would coil the fuel line round the cold plate and insulate the whole
thing since it would be well below ambient. Read up on the principle if
