Depending on the turbo too.  CA18 turbos start to disintegrate at 15psi. same
with RB20 early models. I think the BB turbos of the SR20 and R32 RB20 can hold
more boost.

Maybe consider a turbo from RB20 if you can get one cheap but they may be
different in design for a 6 rather than a 4cyl.. i don't know.

In theory you should be able to lower the boost by bending the wastegate springs
and also raise if need be (rather than using bleed valves etc) but this is a bit
tricky but not impossible.

Yes, what sort of fuel system are you going to run...  I was planning an E15
turbo carby but that is put off cos now i am getting a EFI head and the turbo
voids my insurance anyway..  How do you plan to set up the carby if you are
running one?
