SO I guess well executed adj. arms will be OK in NZ.I know the examples I've seen looked flimsy and had a noticeable amount of play, but its true you get what you pay for, not a good place to safe money. Do the shim type have some type of sleeve/ boxing between the joints for strength or are they both held only by the bolts ? Could be a good tech article in this one :)
