Mate,
Adj. lower arms are only a means to achieveing your desired camber settings. By
the sounds of it you already have a degree or two of neg camber with your setup
which is whats causing your tyres to wear on the inside. You "could" put adj
arms on it and reset the front camber back out to give you 0 deg camber but
then by doing this you are comprimising your handling characteristics. My
advice would be to just rotate your tyres as the more handling you can have the
better, which by the sounds of it is your way of thinking also................
