Most heavy duty springs offered are 5" travel and ~150lbs - 175lbs for front and 550lbs - 700lbs rear and load each corner around 800lbs. You need around 200lbs x 4" to lift front wheels on a 1600 and combined with 800lbs rears you'll get a corner load of ~1000lbs, Nismo Euro springs were in this area, they made a variety of 4" - 8" or so travel for various forms of motor sport.   The fulcrum ratio on the rear suspension on a 1600 is approximately 3.8 so Dan meant to say his rears were around 650lbs.
