I bought it from a specialist paint retailer. Our local chain is called Paintright. They told me about the stuff after I asked how to kill rust in Datto rear guards. The paint guy was adamant this would stop rust even in places that you couldn't clean up. It is very watery in viscosity and gets into every part of the metal with a slight fizz reaction with the rust. It dries to a thin, shiny finish.
I initially bought a spray can size 350ml for about $12. After using 2 spray cans on a whole range of metal objects, I have now bought a 4 litre tin, much more economical. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kristian Walsham" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Wednesday, 12 June 2002 7:51 AM Subject: Re: Rust Troubles > Richard, > Where can you buy Penetrol from? > > Kris > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Richard Clough" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Tuesday, June 11, 2002 10:08 PM > Subject: Re: Rust Troubles > > > > One option is to spray Penetrol on the problem.
